Delivery

Delivery throughout Romania is carried out by courier services.

The delivery time is up to 3 working days.

The delivery cost is calculated based on the courier tariff and the weight of the package.

For orders over 500 lei (≈100€), delivery is free throughout Romania.

The responsibility for the products remains with us until the order is delivered to the customer.

Right of Withdrawal

According to applicable legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.

However, due to the nature of our products (perishable goods), the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are susceptible to deterioration or expiration.

Products may be returned at the customer’s expense only if they are unused, in their original condition, and with the packaging fully intact, without any signs of opening, damage, or alteration.

Debit/Credit Card Payment

Payment by debit/credit card is available via V-pos.

Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard and bCard, including debit, credit and business cards.

Transactions are secured through the MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure programs.

If a refund is required for an amount paid by bank card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the payment.
